I didn’t always eat properly but I did exercise a lot, never smoked or drank and was never a sun bather. I have developed anemia and am very tired most of the time. Can’t exercise much anymore. And I’ve had insomnia since I was little and am a sleepwalker.

I’ll be 79 in june and am doing pretty well. I have type 2 diabetes and take 2 pills a day to keep it under control.I walk everyday weather permitting I still do my own yard work I do miss my home brew, but doc says no beer with my meds.

    So far, so good.

I don’t carry health insurance so doctors never find anything wrong with me.

Anyone who thinks his/her health is not declining is deluding him/her self. We all wear out, no exceptions. We can just do the best we can. I consider myself (age 72) in reasonable health, don’t smoke, exercise seldom, eat what I like, drink a beer or a glass of wine often, and enjoy life. When God take me home, that’s great, too.
